Co-operating with renowned design house Substance and international building service company ISG, Oceanbuilder has built the longest jellyfish aquarium (more than 4000L water and 250 jellyfish) in the Ocean restaurant Hong Kong, even longer than the jellyfish aquariums in Hong Kong Ocean Park which our aquarist worked for.

The state-of-art aquarium was built from scratch starting from acrylic raw material selection, floor loading enhancement certified by Registered Structural Engineer, on-site quality inspection by our aquarist at manufacturer site, professional transportation involving 10 men and crane lorry to the VIP room.

The Ocean restaurant is under the high-end restaurant group Le Comptoir who advocate sustainable seafood to her customers, which OceanBuilder shares the same vision to conserve the ocean.
